Did anyone notice that Max put the words "fully executed" in bold type? That's an indicator to me that he was responding more to a particular persistent poster on the iHub. It looks to me as though Max is more interested in battling the perceptions on this board than actually bringing any real messaging regarding his situation and the status of the deal.
