Sam/all....from Orie: "Yes, it was approved by Delaware but not by SEC as of yet. They continue to do all they can to disrupt the penny stock market."

I can understand the SEC being cautious with the penny stock market companies, but it would only take a little looking to realize this is a legit company for sure! geeez
