Its not about thinking. Its pretty much mandatory fins are coming out prior to removal of the stop sign.

There is plenty of time in between if there is positive news. Since we are pretty much close to maxed out already, that can change the game entirely.

In the current situation and state of the stock the Company has to proceed with the R/S for the reasons Seamus discussed
