Giguiere’s house was auctioned off at Sheriff’s sale, it was estimated to be worth between $6M and $7M. Also on the list of particulars filed by the prosecutors was a $1M property in Newport Beach.

Also a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, and a Range Rover on that same list. Plus on the prosecutors list was $473k in bank and brokerage accounts.

FYI, Giguiere hasn’t filed financials on EVTI for over 4 years. That puts the stock in serious jeopardy of being REVOKED. Not to forget the SEC’s new proposed rule of sending all no information dark stocks to Grey Markets.
