You may be right. Either way it’s semantic. Tryke’s financials will be incorporated into ORHOF’s. I saw an updated analyst report which included its revenue in the revenue projection for Origin/Cresco. It’s probably just technically a subsidiary because all of Tryke’s stock is being purchased as opposed to an asset purchase.
