YeahRocket,_found_odd posting_on SEC's_EDGAR site_made_Friday. Excerpt here:

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security
As previously reported in the Original Form 8-K, in a non-binding, advisory vote on the frequency of future Say-On-Pay votes held at the 2019 Annual Meeting, 1,922,276 votes were cast for one year, 172,094 votes were cast for two years, 11,545,087 votes were cast for three years, 344,686 votes abstained and there were 16,891,723 broker non-votes. The Company has considered the outcome of this advisory vote and has determined it will hold future Say-On-Pay votes on a triennial basis until the occurrence of the next advisory vote on the frequency of Say-On-Pay. The next advisory vote on the frequency of Say-On-Pay is required to occur not later than the Companys 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Ahhh, forward loooking statement:).

Tried digging through my crawl space for an identical US study sponsored by Stony Brook and released here....ahhh..worn out.

Waiting now for the proxy ballot. Dunno if it means anything. Took Jim a while to post the numbers up on an interesting employee compensation issue with the tally counts. His and Monty's together carry the day.

Need a lot more news to swing my vote.
