That is exactly what concerns me, APL is so close to having phase one construction completed and ready to go (which most likely is already) license expected in weeks (not months or years) ....this company is ready to GO! ....and now we have the judge not even showing up when plaintiff motions to strike....guess we will see what happens on 10/9, next court date...but I cant see APL sitting around waiting for this to be resolved... and as u just said, they can easily chose another shell.
