No difference. Out of business and no assets . And as plainly spelled out no fantasyland plan to save it .
When the chapter 15 is closed and the monitor discharged who will be running the non existent business with zero assets and no board of directors ? The shareholders of the debt ridden insolvent empty shell have voted on nothing .
