Notes are renegotiated all the time.
It is extremely unlikely that the note will be paid with cash this year - they aren't profitable yet, and using that much cash to pay off a loan would hamper the growth of the company. On the other hand, the already approved reverse split could happen, which would boost the share price well above the $0.10...
Then it would be up to the terms of the note whether the negotiated $.10 would be boosted by the RS ratio...
