O/S is still 3.4 billion both before and after the 16th-24th of Sept !

Yet on the 17th and 23rd each of those days individual daily volume exceeded 2 billion.....

Since O/S remained.....only feasable conclusion I can find is there is/was an organized group of traders out there capable of artificially manipulating the share price. IMHO
