They being GE may or may not spend on their own ipqa, they do own 2 printer companies, and I think they were a little arrogant at first, they will still work on ipqa because they have to as OEM suppliers but with everything that GE has been through I don't think they would mind outsourcing some things in the short term including sglb. They like sglb need to start selling stuff to, have you seen their stock over the last year. JMHO.
