WELL, just for the hell of it I got curious about" Material Definitive Agreements" Basically they are like MOU's a fun to read insight to what a company is doing but In reallity have no teeth as they have a beginning and a end ( Date of Termination). So this said, I continued to investigate termination . Basically If the MDA is terminated by a FAILURE of one of the parties It must be reported Via 8k.If it TERMANATE via an agreed upon tirmanation date IT DOES NOT. If I'm reading and understanding correctly. SEC.WEBSITE.

Then the 3billion dollar deal of years ago pops into my head. We were never Told of this ( MAY BE WRONG) but was found by someone one the board . I WILL ALSO ADD BEFORE THESE RECENT RULES THAT I HAVE STATED ABOVE so no big deal as you recall we also dug up who was providing the loan guarantee ( Forgot the name) and found out while we were all waiting for this to explode that the loan was no longer in play as Falak DID NOT RENEW THE LOAN.( This had a 90 day agreement ) But it did tell us they could get one! By the way this did not need to be 8K as it terminated under it's own weight of DATE termination ( ALL GOOD).…BUT SAD!!

It does bring into question of a EASTERN MUSLIM religious company doing financial transaction with a WESTERN FINANCIAL COMPANY? Perhaps the reason for the break up?? who knows..I digress

So now I decided to look a the 8k's of a YEAR AGO

1. 6-13-18 …B.O.T……….. MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT…..
2. 11-6-18….BANK FINANCING LETTER 253 MIL.………..MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
3. 11-14-18.. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING…..CHINIA SINO E.P.C.& F SUBJECT TO TECH. & FINANCIAL AGREEMENT ( WHICH BRINGS INTO QUESTION ONCE AGAIN THE FINANCING WITH A NON MUSLUM COUNTRY???
4. 11-27-18…ENGINEERING ETC. DONE.. REPORT DUE…JAN 19TH 2019 !!..HERE WE ARE 10 MO. LATER

CONSIDERING EVERYTHING HAS A BEGINNING AND A END OR TERMINATION. WOULDN'T IT BE NICE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE TERMINATION DATES ARE ON ALL OF THE NON BINDING AGREEMENTS ARE ABOVE..

AS NEAR AS I CAN SEE IS THAT IF THEY DIE OF THERE OWN WEIGHT ( TERMINATION DATE) THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPORTED…………IT HAS BEEN ONE YEAR THIS MONTH FOR ALL OF THIS………..
