But that’s not true either man....the reports/ filings weren’t ready months ago, Xu flat out apologized for the delays and said it took much longer then expected because they were mislead and received no or little assistance (in regards to getting current) ....as of 9/27/19 this has not been resolved, there hasn’t been a trial date set yet. And the motion was postponed again to 10/9/19 this week.

If this was all settled why would they have to amend the filings from 9/26/19 on 9/30/19 to say that they won’t proceed or move forward until resolved...if it was already resolved?
