From a Chart Perspective 90% of the technicals I use are calling buy. Along with it being at 52w lows because of the investor sell off overreaction to news I'd say it will probably hold these levels and back up to .016-.02 before news with float as is.

Imo current valuation is pretty low here considering 1 cannabis club would sell to a canadian firm for over 2mill which is double our current market cap.

Plus the grow op and new loi for new garden. With the news on 9/25 stating facility could produce 2650lbs per year of cannabis flower is nice. A pound flower sells for about 3500per lb retail and 2000perlb wholesale. 2000x2650=$5,300,000 in annual rev at wholesale prices from just that one op.

Imo there is more potential here than most in the cannabis sector due to the fact they aren't just hopping the bandwagon like most are currently.

And your 100% correct on the huge downfall of the sector this last year. I actually do a market cap analysis of the sector since 2013. And from all the new companies that came into the market from Canadian and USA since last October when Canada passed legalization we've seen a drop in stock market cap value across the board more than the entire cannabis market is even worth currently .

Government is all for it though, as every stock transaction = profit for the fed in capital gains. I've been saying for years actually that if nothing else the revs from Taxes on capital gains from trading cannabis stocks will keep the cannabis market around. Though now we are finally developing into real world wide commerce.

It'll be interesting to see the next catalist for the market. Imo it has to be banking regulations or a dropping of schedule 1. Either imo though for the United States is at least 2 years out. Which means in the mean time its trading the hype from company to company till either of the two things happen and the entire market rises together in strides.
