This is the last filing for period ending 6/30/19. This is the very last line of that filing.


On the surface that statement could be alarming. Stick with me here.

This next document would also seem to be alarming.


But this was written before 6/30/19 and the statement made in the former shown filing. This is easily discerned from the days the lawyers can not go to court.


Which means they’ve been working on this since before the 6/30/19 filing was written.

Now, months later, we are seeing filings. I’d have to say that they have made head way on this issue and are ready to go forward.

In one document they stated that they will not commence with operations until the problem is resolved... now, months later, they seem to be commencing with operations.

All in my opinion.
