If GERS or KK owned any shares in ATIS above 5% there would be a filing. The closing had 4 specific debtors they were required to pay off with their 18m in shares. Also speaking of litigation... if Cosman corrected and filed financials with $0 valuation of the IP currently deemed unenforceable he would be subject to a class action suit for securities fraud. He knew the status of the ruling when he initially filed his quarterly with the patent values. That’s why I do not think we will see either file before suit is finalized.
