I'm surprised as well, the ONLY rational for it not .000¢, is that some traders are making money trading. . . HOWEVER that does NOT make sense, because the volume of shares traded is nil and not much can be profited on these sort of volumes.

There is something VERY odd going on, but I can not dream up any scenario that make any sense.

For what ever reason, someone [a BORK/B.I. Investor?] does not want the stock to be zero, and has a vested interest to keep the shares 'alive'.
