I'm guessing their "rationale" is to prepare the necessary filings to get listed on the Pinks (fins, attorney opinion-letter, etc.). To pull off this feat, they'll also have to file (current 15c2-11) to become quoted again, I imagine. My question is, will individual shareholder positions be maintained/reinstated; if the aforementioned is even possible...
