hmm, I have a few accounts with Etrade, and have had a $2.95 commission with them for over a year. I negotiated the discount (I guess because of number of trades, or maybe the daytrader status on the margin account).
I don't use Power Etrade (whatever the hell that is lol)
Most things I buy lately are a Power Etrade into the ground
So I don't need any bells and whistles-type program to help.
interested to see any fees that might magically appear with Etrade, Schwab, TDAmeritrade as a result of commission-fee trading. Maybe inactivity fee? Or maybe increased restrictions on trading low-priced pennystocks? (less than $1.00 etc)
I'll have to watch the Fees webpages for any changes.
