IMHO the PR for Tesla is not what is keeping the SP up. The story, perhaps, but the story is known, has been around for years.

CBD, on the other hand is a new industry, and investors are not sure of the future. FDA guidance may well accentuate the industry in a favorable light, SAFE banking passage may add to confidence, and having positive press about the benefits of CBD will change this industry.

At the moment, it appears that there are forces still trying to squash this industry.
just my 2 cents worth.
