The only flaw in your post and could be a vital one is the assumption nothing will happen between now and the process of approving this split with no known date.

Financials will certainly be out before before a RS date is even set. As you state they need to be compliant first before any split will even be considered

Lets see what next week brings. I guarantee there wont be a split next week but a good chance we get the fins.

The theory you have on the recent accumulation may be put to the test if not obliterated if this gets a lift near maxed out
