Did you know that HERB issued 2,068,428 shares in 2015? They issued them to Parent for $1. The only shares they ever issued. They needed them to get to 90% of the votes so they could execute the asset swap without the need for a shareholder vote.

They could have picked any price. Now, with $4.50 cash on the books it seems cheap smile hehe. Sue them? smile
