Yup.. everything you mention is possible, no doubt about it. Wonder why it’s taking so long if they were intent on burying nphc? If they had a solid case this should have been over with. I’m beginning to think that they are intentionally dragging it out because they feel they can’t win on merit... so intentionally trying to inflict damage by draining nphc resources. That was mentioned here quite some time ago... forget by who... until this does get resolved, this has no chance of moving ..unless some totally unexpected positive bombshell gets dropped on us. ... imo.. we shall see..
