I kind of suspected that might be it as Yorke is a Director for Splash Beverage Group, and WesBev was obviously something in the beverage industry, but I couldn't connect any of the other folks. Also, thought Robert Nistico would have been instilled as a company officer, so it kind of threw me off...lol.

Not a fan of the reverse split already though, and more specifically how the stock was dumped down from $8.00 to .80 cents prior to the r/s happening.
