Companies issue shares, convert shares to raise capital, employee stock, preferred investors who helped get them off the ground etc.. The entire purpose of being a public company is to dilute shares to raise capital to run your business, expand it, etc... Faaaaar from being a scam.

Many got into this stock last year and the year before. Shareholders, especially longs and true investors are way up, even with a recent drop are still waaaay up above the sub penny and penny they bought in at. Shareholders are fine as this booming industry will bounce back after regs finalized and will continue to grow.

Looking back 2 or even 1 year and seeing how the company has changed is amazing. Hiring industry professionals, staff, adding multiple products even product line, and most inportantly, continued exponential growth quarter over quarter, new giant warehouse to keep up with space requirements of their growth. Lets not forget about the multiple sponsorships to increase product awareness, including a social media person. The list goes on and much of what I named was all accomplished in a single year...

Going back to the valuation, even using the lowest multiplier, like a 25x or 50x to factor in growth, we are still undervalued. You cant just look at the revs, its more complicated than that. You have to use a multiplier in a valuation and many use 100x+ as no rapidly growing company stays at a mil in revs for long. Plus like I said, the PPS across the entire sector is down, itll bounce back big. We've already seen its potential when it does, and thats nothing once she really takes off.
