I have a love/hate relationship with Christine LaGarde. She was one hot babe once upon a time. Still is IMO for her age.

Of course she represents the interests of the Deep State European branch... which is actually command central worldwide.

They do not want a good US trade deal. They are hoping China will shift more to doing business with European Union.

The strong US economy though continues to climb while the EU is getting worse. So who do you want to do business with? A dying on the vine socialist order, or a bigger country that is adding to it's purchasing power by the day??? No brainer. So as long as the economy doesn't tank in the US, China will come to the table before it is too late. No one wants to be late for dinner as the pickings get slim.
