They probably aren't selling the shares they are converting perferred shares into real shares that have a value of .02. So any thing above .001 is profit for them. Who knows when they will dump but I suspect on the next nice run.

It causes downward pressure because the converted shares are being added to the float, like a printing press, shares issued for free to those select 5 shareholders at our expense.

The good thing is maybe they converting now before a big pump for higher returns. Makes alot sense to convert when low stock price for bigger returns when they sell.
