My guess would be that it's more paid promotion. They have a track record of pumping this stock full force when they want to move the stock price and/or dump shares. They don't even come close to meeting the requirements to uplist. Not the least of which is the minimum share price of 4.00. One of their problems has always been that they focus more on stupid stunts like that than they focus on building a decent company.

If it's not paid promotion, it's some dummy that is in too deep trying to get a bump so he can get out. Either way, it won't work.
