So what is it we exactly have here? Well, in light of the fact we have no LME (London Metals Exchange) benchmark index pricing on a kilogram of lithium unlike the the pricing we can easily find on copper, gold, silver, zinc, platinum, etc... in the light of this new ruling... SQM and Albemarle can basically keep telling investment market-makers/analysts, their competitors, each other, the Chilean Corporations Tax Collector, Baldo, Sebastian, you, us mushrooms to eat shit on the actual "real" costs to produce lithium and then eat more shit on the actual selling price they receive from the end-user for a kilogram of lithium albeit on the ship while still a Chilean seaport or past the 20 mile limit out from the Chilean shore while delivering the lithium sailing on the blue Pacific Ocean.

I do hope this is all very transparent for you now after this court ruling. For me I don't believe one thing SQM or Albemarle says on their costs to produce lithium and especially on the price they sell their lithium for... but hey, you (especially you gullible beaners in the Chilean Tax Collector's office) can believe what you want.
