It's a scam. What financial institute would look at what they offer, and be excited? History of failure to pay, unable to get health Canada approval. And wait....where's your lab? Where are your workers?? Where is the asset/batch of the drug/our investment? I'm guessing they have tried to legitimately fund this, but get laughed out of the office.

Google maps doesnt show a house. So he uses a fake or vacant lot to get mail?
It's all a scam. I'm guessing they have to stay current based on all of the SEC complaints. Plus their filings tell you they have no money, incapable of running the business themselves. Dilution $$$ also goes to their lawyer in Colorado. So you assist them with that too.
And lastly, where did the 11mill they charged SBFM for the patents go??? That was advanomics, basically camille and slilantys shell company. They sold the patents to themselves, SBFM for 11mill. Why didnt that money get used to fund this scam?? BECAUSE ITS A SCAM. THEY POCKETED IT ALL. IT VANISHED. There is no desire or plan to progress anything. They know adva27a cant exist. If it could, a real company would have bought it, or assisted with its development.
