My thoughts on Gag Order.. BOTH companies have agreed to be gagged with respect to discussing the other/partner company. The paragraph gagging Yamamoto specifically acknowledges SANP's status as a publicly traded company. I think the gag language is procedural - it is intended to prevent either company from saying something which puts the other in violation of disclosure rules - or at least it provides cover for the companies to defend themselves against claims of fraudulent communication, by saying "we never said this, and they weren't authorized to say anything about this.."

This is my opinion. There are many others like it, but this
one is mine!

Seems simple, right?
