PRs do not move stock prices. Buying & selling of the stock does.

The MMs flipping blocks routinely every day do not rely on PRs to determine when/if/how much a SP should move. Its supply & demand mixed with some additional variables. Prices move every day without PRs. The company should not be concerned with the day to day fluctuations in SP. Nor should they have knee-jerk reactions to release fluff PRs just to influence the SP. They should be focused on growing the business, increasing revs, decreasing costs, and increasing EPS.

This is the OTC - Its filled with short-minded Traders who behave like Traders
