This post is false. The drafting company NEVER signs first, if Maxine had signed the original agreement, as it was written, then TMobile would have countersigned and sent back a “fully executed” agreement.

Maxine changed the original agreement and sent it back to TMobile for their review/changes.

TMobile then sent back a REVISED agreement. They did not send back a revised agreement that was signed by TMobile.

This is why Maxine showed in his 10-1 fluffdate, the docu-sign information, and Maxine said:
“We received” “for review and SIGNATURE”

Maxine told us he needed to review the REVISED agreement and sign it. Obviously, he would then need to send it back to TMobile for their counter signature, so the agreement could be “fully executed”.

Maxine has not fluffdated that he signed and sent back the REVISED agreement, and that is the problem.

The 10-1 fluffdate, in Maxine’s own words, debunk any claim that the agreement has been fully executed.
