My guess is that if ERHC and Total were in negotiations that would be beneficial to ERHC shareholders, Offor would have alerted friends to buy tons of cheap shares before the deal is announced. i.e. there is no deal in the works IMHO.

This kind of info always leaks out....especially in Nigeria...where it is not only legal....but encouraged to bribe soccer ref's. At least someone posted that years ago. Again...IMHO.
