Whether you're acquiring companies or trucks and warehouses, if your paying for growth by selling shares it can be a death sentence for any company or even worse if your invested, the company might do a reverse split. What if instead of over- purchasing companies KG over- purchases trucks, warehouses, employees etc and sells shares to purchase them. There's no difference. Either way a company can grow too fast and that's not good. Not sayin this is the case here but it can happen.
