Read my post. RPH is crazy and a lair. I have said so in the past. Don't get me wrong I like RPH but not enough to invest because of him. The bonds are what I invested in.

With that said. If I can't validate these bonds and the agreement with all the information out there I need to find something else to do with my free time and money.

That is why I am still here. I want the answer and SEC hasn't given me anything yet. A default judgment is a procedural action that can be easily set aside.

So until I see movement on the bonds I am here. By the way what happen to the C&D guy? Steven Candy. He sent a C&D but nothing during the SEC case. Things like that keep me around.
