The merger is already priced in based on what we know ($30+ million revenue), we have a market cap of $30-35 million. That is why the pps does not go below 0.025 and has been staying around 0.03-0.04. As long as nothing else is confirmed, no reason to pay more.
Now we re waiting for news about the other Vystar products, THESE will bring a pps increase, and I m confident we will get a lot of nice PRs once the merger is confirmed in a couple of weeks.
