Regarding Caveat Emptor: this morning I contacted investor relations and they assured me that despite the presence of the c e symbol on OTC markets website that the SEC attorneys for sure have no concern whatsoever that the SEC plans to suspend or delete them in any way. I understand that OTC markets and the SEC are two completely different entities to be sure but one relies very heavily on the other for certain things, for certain changes in status or certain designations.

If the companies are very very close to becoming current as they say they are then this news from them makes sense to me. It does stand to reason that since they are a foreign entity with not quite so much experience in these matters that their timelines could be a little bit uncertain.

If people have to sell shares and either of these companies at this time for whatever reason I feel badly for them. Both wiki soft and fastbase offer huge potential and we are just on the crest if some of these potentials coming to fruition.

Spock..... Human beings get something called colds whereas Vulcans often suffer from something called wirnks. Equally annoying and short-lived wirnks have a unique set of symptoms. I'll not go into them here but let's just say I am currently suffering from wirnks and it's pretty aggressive.
