Yes the secured debt was attached to the plant owned by BioAmber Sarnia. The Canadian corporation whos name is on the land registry as the plants owner. The debt ridden shell that the shares are attached to owns nothing in Canada now but another empty shell. But as can be plainly seen in court filings they did guarantee some of that secured debt. Which is why the little money they did get from the liquidation is going to some of those creditors. After pwc is paid in full for the excellent job they did .
