They acquired certain assets, (blockchain ledger software) which can then be given, licensed or sold to the new entity along with qd’s as Qmc’s contribution in return for their stake. I’m predicting it will be convoluted and qmc shareholders will have 25%, Squires will personally have 25% and the blockchain gang will have 50%.
