I'm back to learning that this is a scam. If it isn't, then these clown shoes are pathetic at running the company. Releasing false information about share reduction while filing a bogus 8k is really a great way to raise PPS and shareholder confidence. Look for another sell-off today. AXXA is just another amateur-hour holdings company preying on the gullible and hopeful. Flip it while you can, but there is no way this goes anywhere near .19....ever.
