I wouldnt jump to conclusions yet. I contacted OTC markets yesterday and they said they get their information from the TA and I contacted VStock twice yesterday, with no answer or reply, about OTC markets showing a 60 million difference from 8k from the company. So someone is wrong or messed up beyond belief. Seems to me like 60 million in dilution due to using that to raise capital and not reduction at this point.
