Sure he will, but that UP is when it is optimum price... Probably .25 or higher he starts milking out a little bit at a time.

And if you know anything about the market...
Bet that if much stock is backing this it is restricted. Max he could sell in 90 day period without a filing is 3% of his holding.

He had done nothing for 7 years with this so very doubtful he is in a hurry and I am very sure Richard Thomas has paid a lot of cash already... they have 100’s of MILLION dollars of wealth and will be in control..
