this sucks... It seems like there should be some type of recourse if the court takes this long... not to be the Debby Downer, but I think it's going past the 1 year mark.

I simply think that the PTAB is taking so long just because this case is so complicated and they just don't understand it. They were embarassed by the CAFC and don't want to be again, and don't know how to interpret what is going on because it's over their head... all my opinoin of course.
