An 8K has been prepared for updated information regarding the acquisition of Medical Cannabis Inc.
Reminder: Significant effort and cost has been made in the past four months to ensure North Springs Resources Corp. was compliant and up to date with all OTCIQ filings and financials requested to remove the caveat.
