Correct, they are going to do it when their legal peeps give the go-ahead. They aren't going to jeopardize their plans by preliminarily releasing any "real" info.

Also, much is being made of emails in all directions. Honestly, emails aren't going to piss them off. At the most it let's them know that we "know" and that we are waiting in anticipation. At the least they will write them off as spam and ignore them. Just as I said about yesterday's trading, much ado about nothing.
