Post split O/S, let's say 1M, A/S 10B
PPS is $1

On the split day, price opens at 0.75, you wouldn't sell because you expect $1 or more.

But, Seamus drops 10M shares at 50c market, and she goes down to 10c. You would be at 90% loss and keep waiting for $1

Next day, Seamus sells 100M @ 2c. For him, just printing.. only incoming money..

Next day Shorts dump 500M@0.005

You will start averaging down.

This is called Seamus phenomenon until next Reverse Split

I thought he changed this time. But, fox would never change.
