Reverse splits don't hit without warning. Any RS would need to be filed in advance and then wait for approval by FINRA. No RS has been filed by SNMN. It was only mentioned as a future possibility in order to uplist. However, the CEO can uplist without doing any RS at all if he plays his cards right.
