I can only speculate...Arlitt was vested in CSHD and likely was either hired as a promoter when it was FHAL or was an insider based on the number of shares he owned.

If either of those were the case, it would be the second time he has violated SEC regulations...manipulation, issuing recommendations and failing to disclose who he is. Now that he is CEO, it is even more egregious as it would mean he intentionally coerced many into holding so that he would have a vast flock of sheeps to herd when he took the helm....sheeples to dump to as he pumps.
