I suspect what he meant is professionals in the MJ/ MMJ/ CBD world aren't buying the claims that BLDV/ H360 has anything so special or proprietary that millions will start pouring in. For now they seem to be in the niche business of helping wannabe MJ growers fill out and submit applications for licenses. The big dogs don't need that help.

Not sure this company would even get a nibble on "Shark Tank." $500k (@ .0005) would buy 1 billion shares. That's 18.5% of the 5.4 billion O/S. The Skarks do deals with similar investment/ equity ratios all the time. One would think others would as well if there were any real potential here.
